This term refers to a number of different ways of payment that does not involve money or any type of cash. The different alterative methods of payment or AMOP for short covers a large spectrum of ways to pay a wide variety of things like: credit and credit cards, value access services(credit card bonus programs, frequent flier programs, and so on), billing extensions(for example adding purchases to your regular telephone or cable television bill). Several financial institutions use these methods of payment in order to provide benefits as well as diversity in the billing department.
