A credit monitoring service is a service that monitors all types of card accounts for out of the ordinary, and suspicious activity and lets the cardholder know if anything out of pattern activity has occurred. Generally there is a monthly or an annual fee for the card monitoring service which is charged to the main card that is being monitored.
